It is situated on the southern side of Victoria Road, at the corner of Endeavour Street (see map below). It is approximately 20 km west of the city centre and 10km east of Parramatta. Buses travel from both these centres to West Ryde. It can also be reached by catching a train along the main northern rail line from Central, Strathfield or Hornsby. The map below, shows the location of West Ryde in relation to the rest of the city of Sydney. West Ryde is surrounded by Ryde, Meadowbank, Ermington and Denistone. |

Below is a close-up map of West Ryde. Please note that if you are driving from Parramatta (or the west), you must turn right at Adelaide Street. Then turn left at Bennett Street and left again at Endeavour Street. As a landmark, there is a petrol station (Shell) and a McDonalds on the other side of Endeavour Street |
